In order to meet the needs of users in power plants, ports, etc., HXME designed the 3000/1000t/h ship loader-unloader (two functions of loading and unloading combined in one equipment) for Lianyungang Xinluqiao company in year 2003, and designed 1500/600t/h ship loader-unloader for Taicang Power Plant in year 2005. Now HXME has provided clients with ship loaders that can load a variety of materials such as coal, gravel, cement, and gypsum, and also provide fully enclosed ship loader with dust removal function. The largest capacity of ship loader that HXME ever manufactured is 4500t/h ship loader for Nanjing Xiba Port. And HXME supplied 5 units of 3000t/h ship loader for Chizhou Jiushen Mountain company, which were officially put into use in June 2019.
(1) The capacity of ship loader ranges from 600t/h to 4500t/h, and the capacity of double-function ship loaders ranges from 200t/h to 3000t/h.
(2) The ship loaders is equipped with fully enclosed vacuum cleaning system according to environmental protection requirements.
(3) The ship loaders use wear-resistant chute made of imported materials, with long durability.
(4) The ship loader-unloader is connected to the main structure of unloader through articulation, and walks together.
(5) The ship loader can load various material such as coal, ore, cement etc.
